Opinions, Observations and Obsessions

What people say about me: Lover of life, food, music, travel and animals. Has lots of opinions. Is very observant. Says what others are thinking.

What I say about others: Read on. Not for the faint of heart, but the curious by nature.

Intended audience:

I believe my O’s are gender neutral and appeal to those who agree talking (or writing) is therapeutic, even if no one is listening (or reading.)

I am a binge-watcher across multiple genres. I am an extrovert trapped in an introvert’s body. I believe that most people either wear leather and lace beneath their work attire or want to be.

I have a love/hate relationship with: cellphones, trendsetters, trend-followers, influencers and those easily influenced.

I believe life is too short not to talk about real stuff: ugly clothing styles, shit that happens to our aging bodies, why we think about grocery lists during intimate moments, crazy experiences, and ludicrous trends (the Cybertruck.)

So let’s talk. Or I’ll talk (ok, write) – you listen (ok, read), nod in agreement, shake your head in disgust, comment, engage or simply allow your inner voyeur to enjoy the show.

The objective is not to offend, rather to spark conversation, get things off my chest, kvetch with those that agree, respect those that don’t.

Opine

Personal to me. Not in anyway based on fact. To be taken with a grain of salt. To challenge an opinion is a waste of time.

Observe

Looked at in order to find reasoning or be informed. Sparks questions.

Obsess

This is the crap that evokes emotion. Makes me roll my eyes, throw my hands up or say four letter words.
